What is n8n?

A workflow tool (cloud or self-hosted) that connects apps like Gmail and OpenAI. You need your own n8n account; these products are templates you import into it.

Will it email my customers on its own?

No. Replies and follow-ups are saved as Gmail drafts. The only mail the workflow sends itself is an optional digest to your own address.

What does OpenAI cost?

You use your own OpenAI key, so usage stays private and is billed by OpenAI, usually pennies a month for a business inbox. In our Inbox Triage test, 8 emails with 3 drafts cost about $0.003 with gpt-4.1-mini.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The setup guide walks you through import, credentials and common fixes in plain English. Video walkthroughs are linked on each product page.

Can I use only one product?

Yes. Inbox Triage and Lead Pursuit each work alone. Lead Pursuit looks for the AI/Sales Lead label (Triage adds it automatically, or you add it by hand). The bundle is for people who want both.
